Chevrolet Suburban (2003, 2004, 2005, 2006) DVD Remote Control and set of two headphones for the GM Rear Seat Entertainment System. This is an original factory GM part, not an aftermarket replacement. The DVD Remote Control and headphones are pre-programmed to work with your vehicles entertainment system. No additional IR codes required! Simply insert batteries and go!
This original remote will ONLY work on the original GM DVD system. The original factory installed DVD system should look like this:

The headphones and remote worked right out of the box, no hassles getting them to link to the vehicle. The headphones are comfortable and work great. I chose these headphones because I prefer the cushion around the earpiece and thought they would fit my kids better than the flat version.
Thanks to the AudioVideo2Go staff for their help in answering my questions beforehand. You might also consider buying a case for the headphones when you order.
