Your DVD system MUST look like the following for this DVD remote to work for you: 

USED   Infiniti M35 or M45  (2006-2010)   DVD remote control for your  rear seat Single  DVD system.   Remote is pre-programmed for your convenience. Simply insert  batteries and the remote is ready to work for you!   If you have lost or damaged your original  DVD remote, this is an original replacement part you need.

  Remember, this only works for Infiniti factory installed DVD players. If you have a dealer installed or aftermarket (i.e. Invision, Best Buy, Audiovox, etc) , this will not work for you. If in doubt, consult your  owners manual - an image of the DVD remote will appear there.
