Great product AND service

So one day, my 2014 Nissan Leaf just would not charge. Changes in my state make Leafs much less attractive to buy, and dealerships have responded by cutting back on service. After a long, nerve-wracking trip out to a dealer who still has a Leaf mechanic, getting told that everything was OK, and then getting back home to find that my Leaf STILL would not charge at home, I guessed it was the charging cable. As it turned out, the dealership did not test my charging cable, just the car.
The dealership told me that a new charging cable would be $1,000. They were trying really hard to sell me Level 2 charging equipment, to be installed by an electrician. That's not what I wanted.
Audiovideo2go offered their Leaf Charging cable for $395, with next-day shipping for $40. Now, the charger is not identical to the one that came with my 2014 Leaf--it is heavier and the connection to the outlet has a larger housing, though it does fit into the outdoor socket, which has its own weather shield.
AND IT WORKS! I would say it charges at least as fast as my orginal charging cable. So far, no problems at all--my Leaf behaves during charging just like it did originally, so no anxiety about what is happening. And it arrived the NEXT DAY, just as promised. I haven't been so happy and relieved by a product in quite some time.

Works great. We have a 2013 Leaf and this is our main trickle charger from a standard outlet. We had no issues with the shipping, packaging, or product. We use it daily. Thanks!!

Got a Ford charger not a Nissan but it is all good!

They overnighted me the right charger in the end, and I didn't have to pay for return shipping. They tried to make it right and I like that about a company, what more can you say in the end it worked out just fine!
