You may return most new items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. We'll also pay the return shipping costs for domestic orders if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.). After receiving approval to return an item, it must be returned within 14 calendar days. After this time, we will assume that you no longer intend to return the item and your return authorization will be cancelled. We must receive all the items from your purchase (including accessories) in order to refund your purchase. We can not honor returns that are missing components.
Unless otherwise agreed in writing delivery shall be ex works our warehouse in Gainesville, FL. The risk of loss, including accidental, shall pass to the customer upon notification of handover to the common carrier. The risk of loss shall pass to customer at such time regardless of whether carriage prepaid has been agreed or if we provide transport insurance. While we do insure most items, the customer must request an insurance claim be filed within 15 days of shipment in order for the claim to be within the insured time window. Failure to do so will release AudioVideo2go from any responsibility for claim payment.

You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).
If you need to return an item, simply login to your account, view the order using the "Complete Orders" link under the My Account menu and click the Return Item(s) button. We'll notify you via e-mail of your refund/exchange once we've received and processed the returned item. Unfortunately, we can not reimburse shipping on the following:
- Foreign Orders
- Orders older than 30 days
- Items that have been destroyed or damaged due to user error.
In keeping with software industry standards to prevent product piracy, we will gladly accept returns of packaged Navigation Discs within 14 days of purchase in unopened packaging only. A 25% restocking fee will be applied at the discretion of Lease Turn In Solutions LLC.
Used navigation discs can be returned only within 7 days of receipt, and then only for exchange for another navigation disc. A 25% restocking fee will be applied at the discretion of Lease Turn In Solutions LLC.
We can not accept returns on opened batteries.
We ship most products purchased before 3PM EST the same day. Our warehouse is located in Gainesville, FL and can reach any address in the USA through next-day courier or regular USPS ground shipping. We use Fedex Express service for all our expedited deliveries. Please note that Fedex does not operate on Saturdays and Sundays. FedEx can not deliver to a Post Office Box - should your address be a PO Box, we will use the next best service available in your area. We use the United States Postal Service for all standard deliveries. Please note that the US Postal Service does not operate on Sundays.
