This genuine DVD remote control will work on the following Mercedes Benz rear seat entertainment systems:

2006-2008 Mercedes ML Class.

2006-2008 Mercedes R Class.

2007-2008 Mercedes GL Class.

For this remote to work, you must have original factory installed DVD system that looks like this:

These rear seat entertainment systems must be original factory installed units. If your system was not installed at the factory, this Mercedes DVD remote control will not work for you. For example, if your dealership installed your DVD system, or you have a Best Buy system (such as AudioVox or Invision) this DVD remote will not work. You must have a system that was isntalled by the Mercedes factory.
