We ordered this to replace the remote that came with our Toyota Sienna. Our original remote suddenly died and could not be repaired. This product was advertised as new and came new. It works perfectly. Also - it arrived earlier than originally estimated. Not one complaint throughout the process. Love it! Thank you!

The first remote sent to us did not work. The company did send a replacement and so far, that remote is working.
