Somewhere along the line we lost the remote to our factory installed DVD. Without the remote, the headphones don't work. So, this item was crucial to keeping the kiddies happy and quiet on a long road trip. We put the batteries in it and it was good to go. Perfect. Adam went out of his way to make sure we got the remote overnighted. Thank you AudioVideo2go.
