BMW 5 & 7 Series  (2009-2012) audio remote control. This will only work for factory installed BMW entertainment systems. The commands entered using the remote control of the rear seat entertainment are transferred via the transmission frequency, which is also used for the radio remote control key function. As such, this DVD remote requires programming by the BMW dealership and will not work without  said programming.
