Please note, these will ONLY work with your 2017 2018 2019 2020 2021 Pacifica. Now they can enjoy in-car entertainment beamed directly to their headphones so that the driver is not distracted or disturbed. These are original replacements of part not an aftermarket. After spending 3-4x as much to replace the headphones in the past, I've bought 2 of these in the past month and they work perfectly.
In fact, I prefer the screw-down battery cover to the Chrysler version, which has broken on me twice.

So after I ordered these headphones they have been superb. They've been dropped and stepped on by 4 and 6 year olds and they still are in one OPERATIONAL piece. Now the other UConnect headphones have broken (battery housing) and I can't wait for you guys to get a restock. For the price this is the best I've come across. Even the guys at my Chrysler dealership were like "Damn! That's a good price!"

When ordering this product you notice it says UConnect on the headphones. Don’t be surprised when you receive your order of it doesn’t. Either way the product works as intended and for the price I don’t care if it didn’t have anything on the side. It works.

For all of us looking for an extra pair or two of the uConnect Headphones for the 2017 Chrysler Pacifica we soon discover that your local dealership is the only option to purchase more. But even worse is that they are at least $130 or more per set of headphones... Well, SO GLAD a little research brought me to this website. These are AUTHENTIC uConnect Headphones that work right out of the box and you save at A TON or money. I ended up purchasing two pair because of the savings. The staff is great. They initially sent me the wrong headphones but had the correct headphones sent to me OVERNIGHT SHIPPING which was in time for a weekend trip my family was taking in our Pacifica. I would order from them again and will share with others as well.... Great Experience!
