Ordered 2 of these headphones for my 2004 Chevy Tahoe. They are very easy to use and no programming required. Unfortunately one of my headphones broke the first day of use, so I sent this company an email stating my unfortunate event. The gentlemen that assisted me, responded to my first email actually over the weekend (I sent the first email late Friday night I think), so by Saturday I already had a response.
This company went above and beyond what most of us are used to in the customer service department these days. They sent me a very nice email back, and all I had to do was submit a couple of photos showing them what happened, this was so they could let the manufacturer know what the issue was so it could be worked on for future products. We exchanged a couple emails, and within no time, I had a free replacement headphones in the mail!!!
